Recipe to cook: Gourd Yoghurt
Instructions:
- Rinse, peel, and grate about 3/4 to 1 cup of bottle gourd.
- Cook the grated bottle gourd with 2 cups water and 1/4 tablespoon salt.
- Simmer on low until soft, then drain water.
- Add the cooked bottle gourd and ½ to 1 teaspoon finely chopped greens to 1 cup chilled cottage cheese.
- Add ½ teaspoon of toasted cumin powder, a pinch of garam masala powder (optional), and black salt. Stir very well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
