MDH Dahivada Raita Masala 100g – This masala is a blend of various fragrant spices, which are roasted and then ground for use in various kinds of Raita (finely chopped salad vegetables mixed with beaten natural yogurt, Dahi Vada / Bhalla (fried lentil dumplings soaked in water and mixed in natural yogurt dressed with ginger shreds and tamarind sweet chutney). Sprinkle half a tsp with salt to taste per serving and mix well.
